Russian oil will develop belia oil field with an east-west export amount of 25.574 million US dollars

it is reported that Rosneft of Russian oil recently said that the company plans to invest about 92billion rubles (2.8 billion US dollars) to develop three oil fields located in eastern Siberia - suzun oil field, tagul oil field and lodochnoye oil field by 2015, which is the key for Russian oil to fulfill its oil export agreements signed with Asian countries

it is reported that Russia started the traction spline in the strategic transformation of its energy policy in 2009 until the spline broke the East Siberia Pacific (ESPO) oil pipeline, supplying oil to the rapidly growing Asian market, especially to China. Russian oil plans to triple its daily oil exports to China to 1million barrels in the next few years. In the long run, these three oilfields will rely on ESPO oil pipelines
